Develop their initial digital strategy
Plan for digital staffing- both in house capacity and outside vendors/consultants
Develop their budget for digital
Choose the right tool stack including CRMs, social media management and more
This training will take place via zoom.
Follow up individual coaching time with Beth or Jay is included as part of the training program.
