Digital Strategy for New Organizations

One thing that’s is important for new organizations to get right from the start is their plans for using digital organizing in their work. This training was developed to help new organizations:

Develop their initial digital strategy

Plan for digital staffing- both in house capacity and outside vendors/consultants

Develop their budget for digital

Choose the right tool stack including CRMs, social media management and more

This training will take place via zoom.

This training will be co facilitated by Beth Becker of Becker Digital Strategies and Jay Carmona of Sematonic Strategies.
